The
information and advice desks have as an objective to support
and manage the necessary proceedings to obtain the work
and residence permits, and the proceedings to obtain the
familiar regrouping.
In
Aragon there are permanently open offices in the three province
heads: Zaragoza, Huesca and Teruel, in the sub provinces
heads, and in certain areas with a high number of immigrants
in concrete periods of the year.
The
following services are given:

Legal advise for any need.
- Legal representation before the Justice in certain situations
- Mediation with the Administration
- Management in the proceedings processes of the residence
and work permits.
- Monitoring of the dossiers before the Ministry of Justice
and Police.
- Participation in all the debate forum of the Administration
and proposals aimed at improving the legislation and solving
irregular situations
- Participation in the programming of quotas and the Integral
plan of Immigration of the Regional Government.
- Process of internal sensitizing for the implication of
the Workers' delegates in the field of immigration.
- Collaboration with City Councils in the area to open information
desks.
- Awareness raising of the population and the businessmen.
- Opening process of the Trade Union to this population,
through information actions, possibility of participation
in internal cultural activities.
- Advice and labour support from the Industry Federations.
- Information sessions about legislative modifications.
- Opening of a service of children-care centre for the meetings
where immigrants participate.
